• Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals
• Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business
• Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing with Belgian clients
• Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles
• Ability to communicate in Dutch and English fluently
• Experience in hunting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment
• Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth
• Ability to think strategically about issues and develop recommendations and action plans with strong investigative skills
• Ability to move fast, be bold, and grow in a dynamic, fast changing environment
• Ability to communicate in French fluently
